Position Overview:
As a Business Development Manager specializing in commercial restoration, you will be at the forefront of our growth initiatives. Competitive spirit, motivation, and desire to earn significant income will drive our business development efforts to new

$65,000 - $85,000 a year
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans focused on commercial restoration opportunities to achieve aggressive growth targets.
- Identify and engage potential commercial clients, building and maintaining strong relationships in the industry.
- Leverage your killer instinct and competitive nature to drive sales and achieve substantial revenue goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective campaigns targeting the commercial sector.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and competitors to identify lucrative opportunities.
- Motivate and lead the business development team, setting clear targets and expectations.
- Seek recognition and incentives for yourself and your team, driving exceptional performance.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales and business development activities within the commercial restoration sector.
- Foster a culture of excellence, ambition, and competitiveness within the team.
 
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role, with a strong focus on commercial restoration.
- Highly competitive mindset with a strong desire to earn substantial income.
- Exceptional sales and negotiation skills, particularly in the commercial sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach.
- Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
- Familiarity with the restoration industry is a plus.
