Client Success & Order Support Specialist

As a Customer Success Specialist for the Asset Protection product line, you'll have the opportunity to impact many areas of the business, from assisting clients directly to collaborating with engineering and production teams. This role offers valuable exposure and growth opportunities, all while helping ensure a smooth, successful client experience. Client & Product Support:

• Provide tier 1 quotations and technical documentation, escalating to tier 2 support when necessary.
• Triage inbound client requests and offer phone support as the first point of contact.
• Proactively guide clients from the initial quote through to order fulfillment, ensuring their success every step of the way.
• Assist with order entry and provide a seamless transition from order creation to delivery.

Order Management:

• Use Salesforce to manage orders from entry to delivery, addressing customer inquiries promptly.
• Support clients proactively, ensuring satisfaction throughout the entire order process.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise, proposing solutions based on established options.

• A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong phone etiquette.
• A focus on customer success, with a passion for continuous process improvement.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to quickly learn new processes and systems.
• A team player with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

• Experience with Salesforce and Oracle.
• Familiarity with electric power transmission and distribution (ideal but not required).
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
