What You Will Get To Do:
- Develops and maintains exceptional client relationships.
- Provides and oversees support and service activities for a designated client or group of clients, ensuring their operational needs and issues, both tactical and strategic, are managed to the highest level of satisfaction.
- Ensures quality service and operational performance within the parameters of program and delivery standards.
- Develops understanding of client business and product installations to identify service needs, plan service delivery and drive use of proactive service and support mechanisms to reduce client downtime and support costs. Β
- Acts as a primary point of client contact to coordinate resolution of service incidents and escalation of technical issues.
- Collaborates with sales and support groups to demonstrate value of support offering to client and identify opportunities for expanded support business.
- Leader of professionals or first-level leaders working on issues of a diverse scope or coordinating department activities.
- Exercises wide-latitude to make decisions within established company policies to meet business objectives.
- Advises staff and partners with cross-functional teams to meet project schedules and to develop solutions to issues.
- Accountable for department results. Establishes procedures and recommends changes to policies.
What You Will Bring:
- 3-5 years of Experience in a Managerial Role
- Knowledge and proven performance Managing Associates
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy and strong multi-tasking skills
- Computer experience (Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook)
- Interpersonal and customer service skill
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Knowledge of transaction processing and mutual fund industry and transfer agent operations.
- General knowledge of SS&C AMS systems and reporting capabilities
- Ability to persuade others and manage conflict effectively
- Strong service orientation
- Ability to ask probing questions and be perceptive in listening to clientsβ needs in order to provide timely solutions and responses
- Ability to handle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and keep time sensitive commitments.
- Ability to obtain information and propose technical solutions that meet the clientβs need and confirm system requirements.
- Adept at coordinating activities and enlisting cooperation from others.
