Who We Need:  

We’re searching for a Client Account Manager to join our crew. As our ideal Account Manager, you will serve as a strategic business leader and trusted client advisor on all aspects of the client business. You’ll work to strengthen our relationship with the clients, becoming their go-to resource – you’ll win them over by asking the right questions, agilely leading insightful, real-time dialogue, and being a visible and influential presence among their senior management. If you have a history of winning over clients with your wit, charm, and solid business acumen, we’d love to talk. This is NOT a sales/business development position. 

**This is a hybrid position based in Atlanta, GA. Candidates will be expected in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays each week.

What you’ll do:  

  • Maintain open and consistent dialogue with clients and internal team on account status, goals, next steps, etc.  
  • Seek opportunities to maintain and grow client relationships. 
  • Be well-versed in your client’s business and goals to help define objectives. 
  • Critically assess and provide valuable input to all departments to ensure delivery of business objectives, anticipating and communicating potential client feedback.  
  • Prioritize day-to-day client requests, keeping things simple, organized, and clear – even in the most complex situations. 
  • Consult regularly with team leadership to discuss opportunities and potential issues that impact the client’s business and the client relationship. 
  • Produce internal and client-facing reports detailing performance and translating insights so varying skill levels can understand. 
  • Identify opportunities for improving processes, timelines, or communication.  
  • Establish cross-department partnerships that champion collaboration.   
  • Reflect a positive attitude – a high level of enthusiasm, motivation, and resilience, a sense of urgency to obtain results, and the ability to maintain perspective under pressure. 
  • Take on other duties and challenges, as assigned. 

As a Client Account Manager, you have:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field. 
  • 5+ years of working with enterprise-level clients, acting as the primary point of contact for these large, complex relationships.  
  • An established comfort level in working with all levels of management. 
  • The ability to quickly establish and then refine client relationships. 
  • A high degree of tech-savvy experience. 
  • Superior written and verbal communication with concise and persuasive presentation skills.  
  • Outstanding attention to detail. 
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 25%).  
  • Ability to communicate with business users, technology leaders, and end-users. 
  • Comprehension of the bigger picture while remaining detail-oriented.

  • Marketing/advertising agency or startup experience
