• 5+ years of experience in ML engineering, deploying ML/data science models
• Strong experience on AWS, Azure, Google cloud
• Experience in containerization using Docker, Kubernetes
• Strong experience in Python
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to develop client relationships, identify and qualify sales opportunities
• Works well in a fast-growing environment with the ability to deliver on time
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing requirements dictated by business and IT requirements
• Exhibits a strong ability to handle multiple demands with a sense of urgency, drive, and energy
• Highly structured and conceptual mindset coupled with strong quantitative and analytical problem-solving aptitude 
• Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills within a team environment 

Key Responsibilities of a Senior Consultant

• Collaborate with data scientists and data engineers to deploy AL/ML models and solutions into production environment
• Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines
• Evaluate open source and proprietary technologies and present recommendations to automate machine learning workflows, model training and versioned experimentation
• Design and implementation of ML platforms and solutions
• Prototype and demonstrate solutions for clients in customer environments.
• Develop pipelines and automations to manage ML infrastructure, deployments, operations, and tracking effectiveness of the models
• Serve as an internal expert resource and champion for architecture and deployment of data science models
• Ability to mentor consultants/associate consultants and motivate a successful team behavior
• Supporting internal practice development and business development activities
