Job Description:

The Campus Recruiter is responsible for developing, influencing, and executing innovative campus recruiting strategies that will attract top talent to our internship and development programs.  The Campus Recruiter will also support events and communication surrounding the summer internship program.

Campus Recruiter Duties and Responsibilities

  • Source, recruit, and hire top talent for internship and development programs
  • Build and maintain partnerships with campus contacts - career services, professors, and internal campus recruiting teams
  • Leverage data to lead the development and execution of campus recruiting and early talent strategies
  • Create and manage efficient interview and talent selection processes while maintaining a best-in-class candidate experience
  • Serve as primary point-of-contact for candidates through their full time hire date (recruitment and interview process + internship program)
  • Develop strong pipeline of talent through sourcing, social media, and other non-traditional recruiting strategies
  • Facilitate large scale presentations and recruiting events
  • Assists in planning and supporting summer internship program and events
  • Proven success working in dynamic environments with competing priorities
  • Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience

  • Demonstrate self-motivation, drive for results, a sense of urgency, resourcefulness, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Must have a continuous improvement mindset
  • Exceptional organization and planning skills
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Experience with campus recruiting technology preferred (Yello, Handshake, etc)
  • Campus recruiting experience with a focus in Engineering or Technology roles preferred
  • Two (2+) years if experience in Talent or HR related function
  • Bachelor’s degree

Additional Information:  

  • Travel: as required (up to 25%) 
  • Job is primarily performed in a standard office environment with some remote flexibility
