Role Description:
The Business Development Representative - Mid Market will help develop logistical solutions for mid market size businesses using the full suite of ShipBob's services. This role’s primary responsibility is to strategically construct outreach and set qualified meetings that convert to closed deals for our Mid Market Account Executives. They achieve their monthly quota by meeting or exceeding expected metrics for outbound touches and demos set and converted. This role reports to the Manager, Business Development.

ShipBob believes in transparency while providing a competitive total compensation package with a pay for performance approach. The full base pay range for this position in our architecture is $48,252 - $80,421. We are targeting a salary range of $60,000 for this role.
