courses through various provisions, including AEB, Traineeships, Learner Loans,
ESF, and is currently listed on RoATP.

Location: Newcastle upon
Tyne - Apprenticeship HO and working out in the field, engaging with employers
and businesses across North East.

Salary: Up to £35,000

We are a
dynamic training provider dedicated to supporting the financial sector, by
upskilling and recruiting staff through high-quality, government-funded
Apprenticeships standards. These positions have been created in response to our
expansion to deliver Apprenticeships, which is anticipated to grow
significantly over next 3 years.

We are seeking
a passionate and motivated Business Development Managers to focus primarily on
employer engagement, both sourcing new vacancies and assisting employers up
skill their current staff. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who
thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of achieving
monthly KPI’s is confident in engaging with employers, is or has worked in the
financial sector, or has a recruitment background securing and fulfilling job
opportunities.

Key
Responsibilities:

· Building and
maintain strong relationships with employers to understand their training needs
and collaborate on upskilling their workforce through Apprenticeship standards

  • Engage
    with employers to secure job opportunities for new apprentices

  • Meet
    monthly targets for Apprenticeships starts and learner retention

· Maintain
accurate and compliant paperwork for, contracts, and funding documentation,
adhering to regulatory requirements and organisational standards.

Advantageous
Experience:

  • Possesses
    a strong network of employers in Newcastle Upon Tyne

  • Experience
    working in or recruiting across financial sector

  • Prior
    experience of Apprenticeships

Essential
Criteria:

  • Minimum
    of 2 years' experience selling into or recruiting for employers

  • Demonstrable
    track record of meeting targets

  • Highly
    autonomous and able to manage daily activities effectively

  • Enthusiastic
    about making a positive impact on career progression

  • A
    full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

  • Located
    in the North East of England
