Salary: $111,000 - $118,000 per annum

Duties:
- Taking overall responsibility for business development and process technology for new customer projects in North America
- Acting as the central point of contact for all technological matters
- Conducting audits of plants or plant sections
- Doing calculations of mass balances
- Developing upgrade concepts in cooperation with the global team
- Supporting machine start-ups when needed
- Conducting customer trainings
- Developing a know-how platform for key paper and board grades
- Having frequent interactions with regional and global product managers
- Actively participating in the collaboration between our capital and service divisions
- Developing action plans, providing expertise in response to client needs, and supporting and advising project teams
- Directing and advising staff in the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies
- Planning, administering and controlling budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment and supplies
- Assisting staff with administrative or technical problems
Requirements:
- University degree in engineering or paper technology
- Five years of professional experience in the pulp and paper industry
- Extensive knowledge in fiber and paper process technology
- A proactive, analytical, with a results-driven working style
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent English and general communication skills
- Willingness to travel within North and South America
