MediaTree is a Giftogram organization that partners specifically with resellers in the promotional products space. 

About the Role

As the Business Development Manager for MediaTree, you will find, close and expand relationships with large, strategic accounts in the promotional products space. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth by proactively engaging potential high-value customers, identifying their unique needs, and delivering tailored solutions that maximize their success. You will use a top-down approach to fill the pipeline for high-value verticals, such as telecom, healthcare, insurance for accelerated growth. You will work closely with the Customer Success, RevOps, and Marketing teams to effectively target verticals. This role reports to the General Manager of MediaTree.

 What You’ll Do

Drive Revenue Growth:

• Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities within the assigned territory or vertical.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
• Close high-value deals and expand existing customer relationships through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Become fluent in the MediaTree product
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Meet or exceed revenue targets through disciplined pipeline and account management.
• Develop customized product demonstrations and proposals to showcase value.

Collaboration and Strategy:

• Work closely with sales leadership to help develop and implement effective strategies
• Be comfortable working closely with data and making informed decisions based on it.
• Provide market and customer feedback to inform product development and marketing initiatives.

• Work closely with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation for large accounts.

What You’ll Bring

• Must have 15+ years of experience in the promotional products reseller space.
• Proven success driving revenue from a large book of business in the promotion products space.
• Prior experience in SaaS or e-commerce sales or AM experience, with a focus on enterprise or large-account sales is a plus.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and sales analytics.
• Results-driven and resourceful, with a passion for solving complex business challenges.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
