Qualifications






- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A background in healthcare administration or experience in the medical field is highly desirable.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably within the insurance restoration industry or related fields targeting the medical sector.

- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and the specific needs of medical facilities when it comes to restoration and emergency preparedness.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market share.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

- Willingness to travel as needed to meet business objectives.









Responsibilities






- Must demonstrate and model Zolman Restoration’s core values

- Develop and implement strategic business development plans targeting the medical field, including doctors' offices, clinics, hospitals, and surgery centers.

- Cultivate long-term relationships with key decision-makers within medical facilities and insurance companies.

- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand the competitive landscape.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing materials and campaigns specific to the medical sector.

- Provide expert consultations to medical facilities on pre-loss planning and emergency response plans.

- Attend industry-related conferences, workshops, and networking events to promote our services and establish our brand as a leader in the medical field restoration sector.

- Work closely with the operations team to ensure service delivery meets or exceeds client expectations, adhering to regulatory compliance specific to medical facilities.

- Prepare and present proposals, reports, and contracts, negotiating terms to secure new business and maintain existing relationships.

- Provide feedback and insights to the management team on market trends, competitive threats, and opportunities to enhance our services and offerings.
