Responsibilities
- Build, and manage client relationships
- B2B relationship building – Develop and deploy the best tools & techniques to build your professional network and brand
- Prospecting and market mapping – Learn and leverage a suite of technical tools to find and formulate strong partnership opportunities
- Consultation – Act as a valuable staffing consultant with expertise and knowledge gained through experience and meaningful participation in your industry
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience, ideally in recruitment, construction, real estate or another industry selling a combination of product and service
- Drive, professionalism, transparency, accountability and creativity
- Solution oriented mindset, collaborative work style, and team work ethic
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Post-secondary education: Join our team of professionals with backgrounds in political science, human resources, criminology, business, and commerce
- Experience in competitive team sports is an asset, reflecting an understanding of high-performance teamwork.
Benefits
Flexible base plus commission compensation packages are available. Employees should be on track to make six-figure earnings within 9 – 14 months of employment.
