Brighta Group, a leading marketing agency, is seeking a Business Development Manager to champion our growth across Australia and New Zealand. This role offers a unique opportunity to represent a dynamic and expanding company, delivering tailored marketing solutions to businesses across diverse sectors.

About the Role

As our Business Development Manager, you’ll be on the frontlines, engaging directly with B2B businesses. You’ll drive face-to-face (F2F) interactions, uncover opportunities, and work closely with our CEO and Business Unit Leaders to close deals. Your success will be defined by your ability to understand client needs, forge strong relationships, and present impactful solutions that add value to our clients’ marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Brighta Group’s services, demonstrating their value to potential B2B clients.
  • Spend 3-4 days a week conducting F2F meetings, promoting our tailored solutions to businesses.
  • Proactively research and identify new business opportunities during client engagements.
  • Present customised proposals and marketing solutions, aligned with client needs.
  • Build long-term client relationships by understanding their marketing goals for the next 1-2 years.
  • Utilise LinkedIn to engage with target markets and expand our reach.
  • Represent Brighta Group and Talent Right at trade shows, events, and networking sessions.
  • Follow up diligently on proposals to convert opportunities into secured deals.



Requirements

What You Need to Succeed

  • A keen understanding and passion for marketing, sales, and business growth
  • Willingness to travel interstate and internationally 2-3 days per week.
  • Strong ability to connect and build rapport with B2B clients.
  • Proven self-discipline and motivation to work remotely while achieving targets.
  • Proficiency in using HubSpot for pipeline management and deal tracking.
  • Tenacity and ambition to drive sales and close deals.
