We are seeking a team member who is an energetic, hardworking individual capable of driving the sales process from inception through close. Some key activities in this role will include: - Have a positive attitude, and a willingness to do whatever it takes to be successful
- Be accountable for meeting sales forecasts
- Actively seek and participate in business development and networking opportunities
- Generate new opportunities through cold calling, email, social media and other methods of outreach
- Lead customer meetings and position the company as a market leader
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to gain customer buy-in on Awecomm’s value proposition
- Manage the sales cycle from start to finish
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prospect interactions in Salesforce
- Prepare proposals and be able to clearly articulate our solution
- Represent Awecomm at conferences, trade shows, and other events to promote sales
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills
- High level of organizational skills
Experience & skills that will enable your successThe ideal candidate for this role will have a demonstrable background in proactively building opportunity pipelines and consistently achieving sales quota. In addition, the candidate will have:- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT
- Experience meeting with Business Owners, Executive Level, and C-Suite prospects
- Proficiency in both oral and written communication, with strong negotiation skills
- Track record of success selling to the small and medium size business segment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience working with virtual selling tools, CRM (Client Relationship Management) software, and digital communication platforms

Compensation
Our compensation package includes a base salary plus commission. Anticipated On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this position exceed $125,000 per year!
