You will receive warm leads, providing you with a foundation to build new client relationships while focusing on nurturing and closing opportunities.
The ideal candidate is driven, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. You will use tools like Apollo, Sales Navigator, and Agency Lead to identify additional leads and engage with decision-makers, ultimately contributing to the company's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Outreach:
- Research and identify potential clients in target industries using job boards and online resources.

Warm leads will be provided to help you kickstart client engagement and build relationships more efficiently.
- Use Sales Navigator to identify key decision-makers such as hiring managers, department heads, and HR directors.
- Use Apollo and Agency Lead software to retrieve contact information and send personalized outreach emails to decision-makers.

Client Engagement & Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients by understanding their staffing needs and presenting suitable candidates.
- Create and deliver compelling pitches to decision-makers, showcasing candidates' experience and expertise without disclosing their identities upfront.
- Engage with prospects on social media platforms like LinkedIn to strengthen relationships and drive business development.

Pipeline Management & Reporting:
- Manage a robust pipeline of potential clients, tracking progress and follow-ups through Sales Navigator and Apollo.
- Monitor and report on lead generation metrics, including outreach emails, warm leads generated, and successful client engagements.
- Collaborate with account managers to ensure seamless handoff of leads and maintain communication throughout the sales process.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role in the recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition industry.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles with a focus on relationship building.
- Familiarity with tools such as Sales Navigator, Apollo, and Agency Lead for lead generation and email campaigns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients and build trust quickly.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet performance goals in a remote setting.
