Responsibilities

Creating new customer relationships with targeted clients.

Maintain & strengthen existing customer relationships.

Maintain & strengthen intel on opportunities within the pipeline.

Attend industry association meetings to understand market conditions, competition, and grow relationships with existing clients and prospects.

Develop recommendations for potential opportunities from intel gained from interactions with others.

Interaction and timely updating of company CRM.
-
Attendance of monthly company safety meetings.
Qualifications
-
Minimum five years of experience in business development or construction contracting/engineering fields.

Experience building new client relationships.

Ability to build trust with customers & coworkers.

Ability to identify and prioritize high payoff activities.
-
Experience in construction contracting industry is a plus.

Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
