Description

As Aiimi continues to grow, we are excited to be seeking a Business Analyst to join our Aiimi Services team. This is an excellent opportunity to help meet the increasing demand for cloud-based data and digital solutions.

We help our customers solve problems and make the right decisions using data insight and advanced analytics. As a Business Analyst, you will have the chance to advise and deliver change projects as part of a long-term strategic partnership with one of Aiimi’s largest clients. ​

A day in the life of an Aiimi Business Analyst:

  • Perform requirement gathering via workshops, interviews and desktop research.​
  • Help develop a detailed workstream project plan​
  • Communicate with stakeholders across the business – experience liaising with Business and Technical teams.​
  • Recommend areas for change and then provide support to the business as the changes develop to ensure continuous improvement.​
  • Able to link technical solutions with business strategy when working with business partners.​
  • Provision of management information in a timely fashion.​
  • Assist in establishing key deliverables and dependencies for work streams and monitor delivery.​
  • Manage issues, risks, and problems from identification through to resolution.​
  • Work closely with stakeholders (both technical and non-technical) to perceive new and better ways of working.​



Requirements
  • Ideally have experience working within a Consulting environment as a Business Analyst.​
  • Business Analysis experience across full change project lifecycles.​
  • Experience working with operational technology.
  • Knowledge of tools such as Highbyte, Influx and MQTT Brokers.
  • Be a self-motivator working in a team of strong individuals and client colleagues.​
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships at all levels.​
  • Excellent communication and influencing styles, both written and verbal.​
