GENERAL SUMMARY


The AVP/VP, Treasury Management Implementation & Support Operations Manager is responsible for the overall operational integrity of the Treasury Management Implementation & Support Group, managing and meeting strict regulatory reporting guidelines, providing exceptional internal client service, and is critical to enhancing the overall client experience.

The incumbent may have one or more direct report – Treasury Management Implementation & Support Operations Officer(s)


 


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS



  • Maintain and monitor all operational areas within TMIS and leading multiple annual audits/reviews.  

  • Perform quality control by prescreening submitted enrollment forms, balancing the cash vault, uploading of monthly files to XAA (Cash Vault, deluxe, D1B), processing any manual billing requests to client statements, and conducting call back verification of enrollment forms. 

  • Execute transactions and approvals for temporary and permanent limit approvals for ACH & Wires within assigned authority limits, focusing on operational excellence and due diligence.

  • Oversee operational integrity for TMIS area when handling internal day to day transactions, weekly/monthly/quarterly certifications, and service-related matters.

  • Handle escalations from TMIS Operations Officers and assist TMIS team members with proactively managing complex client research or servicing needs and provide prompt follow up.

  • Accountable for internal and external client satisfaction for Treasury Management Onboarding. 

  • Oversees and coordinates timely completion of all assigned special projects for service updates in multiple platforms.

  • Exhibit expertise in evaluating and managing decisions/situations to limit risk to the Bank while proactively managing client expectations.

  • Maintain the integrity of client data within all bank files and systems. 

  • Responsible for maintaining operational excellence in all Treasury Management Implementation and Support functions.

  • Lead or participate in divisional and area projects and initiatives as appropriate.

  • Manages timely completion of time sensitive reporting to regulatory agencies and internal departments (compliance, internal audit, FCIU, enterprise risk management, etc.).

  • Onboard, cross train and effectively coach New and Existing Team members and direct reports.

  • Manages and provides guidance to team including writing annual performance evaluations and providing balanced feedback.  Hosts meetings to support their development.



QUALIFICATIONS



  • Education:    College degree in business-related discipline preferred but not required.

  • Experience:  

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience at a mid-size or large lending institution in a similar or parallel role with an emphasis on treasury management operations. 

    • Minimum of 3 years of managerial experience.

    • Experience with windows-based applications; (Excel, Word, Power Point, Adobe, etc.), and CRM.

    • Experience with FIS Platform preferable but not required.

    • Strong knowledge of commercial and Treasury Management products and services. 

    • Strong knowledge of Banking and Branch Operations, and an understanding and Wealth Management.

    • Ability to work independently, effectively, and concurrently manage competing priorities.



  • Skills/Ability: 


    • Ability to manage, prioritize, plan, and develop strategic operational plans for the department.

    • Works with an appropriate sense of urgency and immediacy.

    • Strong professional verbal, written, and presentation skills.

    • Strong knowledge and understanding of applicable business organizations.

    • Full knowledge of standard business software.

    • Demonstrated organizational and analytical skills.

    • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. 

    • Strong personal attributes to complete goals and resolve issues in a competitive and changing environment.

    • Ability to work collaboratively with team members.

    • Must have a strong understanding with and in compliance with all applicable bank regulations, and adhere to bank policies, procedures, and processes.




 


OTHER DETAILS


AVP: $80K – $100K / year


VP: $100K – $110K / year


Pay determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
