The Terraces at Dekalb is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations of a building complex. This person will be a vital part of the team looking to stabilize this distressed property and bring it back to its full potential. This position will support leasing, collections, maintenance, and reporting efforts. They will assist the Property Manager and report to the Regional Manager. Compensation and Benefits
Base Salary: $45-55K based on experience

Core Responsibilities: Included but not limited to:
Assist the Property Managers to manage collections for the complex.
Maintain property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies
Maintain direct supervision of all staff, including work schedules, the delegation of duties, and conflict resolution
Communicate with residents regarding property maintenance and repair
Enforce occupancy policies and procedures
Assist with preparing reports for ownership by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing property data
About you
2+ years’ experience in a customer-contact capacity or customer-service role is preferred
High level of organization and attention to detail
Motivation for sales
Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Must be able to walk the property and up/down stairs
Performing tasks that may require bending, stooping, or reaching, such as checking under desks or inspecting areas that are difficult to access
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
