As a Supply Chain Data Analyst, you will collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to conduct statistical analyses, generate reports, update models, and perform various data-driven tasks aligned with the strategies set by Data Scientists. You will be an integral part of the Strategic Retail Analytics team, supporting business decisions by analyzing consumer behavior, business performance, and market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data analysis to assess business needs, evaluate strategic initiatives, and enhance workforce management processes using analytics and technology.

  • Analyze market segments, product channels, and other business components using both quantitative and qualitative methods. Update and maintain propensity models to aid in decision-making.

  • Serve as a knowledge resource for data integration processes, advising on data sources, methods, and best practices. Effectively communicate data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Assess business results to identify potential strategies and opportunities for process improvement. Develop and implement testing plans to refine models and business practices, driving measurable improvements.

  • Present analysis findings and actionable recommendations to management, using data to support decision-making at various levels.

  • Complete operational reports and assist with financial reporting as needed. Collaborate with business teams to provide insights and explanations on data-driven results.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.

Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in statistical and data analysis.

Skills & Technical Knowledge:

  • Strong knowledge of statistical modeling and analysis techniques, including data mining, regression, decision trees, time series forecasting, and survival analysis.

  • Proficiency in SQL programming and advanced Excel for data extraction and reporting.

  • Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to stakeholders at all levels.

  • Experience working in a retail environment and familiarity with unstructured data (text analytics) is preferred.
