Responsibilities
- Assists the Community Team with a target of a high degree of customer satisfaction.
- Compiles and prepares data/reports as required by Company staff on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
- Performs various administrative and clerical functions to include filing, faxing, scheduling, reporting, tracking, data collection and entry, etc., required to maintain an organized, efficient and functional community.
- Assist with answering telephones in accordance with company procedures.
- Coordinate meeting and training schedules and support as requested.
- Submit, receive, and organize correspondence, mail, forms, orders, and faxes.
- Maintains records required by licensing agencies.
- Maintains a professional demeanor with all Residents, families and friends, third party providers, professional referrals, and the general public in representing the Community and the Company.
- Attends in-service training as required.
- Maintains and protects the confidentiality of resident information at all times.
- Performs other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements - High School diploma required.
- Associates Degree or related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to express self adequately in written and oral communication and to communicate effectively in an interdisciplinary care setting with residents, families, team members, visitors and vendors.
- Ability to work in an environment conducive to caring for seniors without posing a substantial safety or health threat to self or others.
- Ability to work well with others and promote a team environment.
