What You’ll Do
Burwood Group is excited to inaugurate the first generation of Sales Professionals to join our Account Associate Sales Program which is meticulously designed to train elite Sales professionals who are capable of becoming trusted advisors. By combining guided learning activities with on-the-job experience, we provide Associates with every opportunity to grow their passion and quickly make an impact.
As an Account Associate at Burwood, you’ll step into a high-impact sales role with the potential to make a real difference. This is more than just a junior sales role — it’s your gateway to mastering IT consulting sales and advancing your career in one of the fastest-growing industries!

The Compensation packages at Burwood Group are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including work location, skillset, experience, qualifications, market conditions, and other job-related reasons. The estimated salary range for this role is $50,000 to $100,000. This role may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. Sales roles have an additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement.
