The Opportunity

The Ultimate Success offering is a service that supports the Adobe Digital Experience and Digital Media product suite. These services are used to proactively maintain healthy technical structures and reactively triage issues as they arise.

You will play a key role in maintaining and improving the technical integrity of our products, ensuring they perform exceptionally well at all times.

What You'll Do

  • Work as a key partner to the Ultimate Success Specialist & Pricing teams, providing timely sales analytics including weekly pipeline analysis, forecasting, and sales results
  • Drive a strong RTB forecasting and renewal update cadence
  • Drive business change by developing a keen understanding of the business, identifying core focus areas through data driven insights, and building trust with business partners
  • Actively identify operational issues and design solutions to make business flow better for the sales teams
  • Work closely with other SOMs to share knowledge, methodologies and facilitate standardization across the ACS organization

Specific Tasks:

  • Provides requirements for Ultimate Sales PBI dashboard & subsequent improvements as the single point of contact with DIA team
  • Responsible for providing reporting & metrics for QBRs, FY planning sessions and quarterly forecast reviews (renewals, whitespace summary, etc.)
  • Is the sales reporting and data SME, supporting integration/analysis of information from various systems into ad-hoc reports as needed.
  • Identifies priority whitespace accounts each quarter, working with sales specialists to drive strategy and action
  • Liaises with wider sales organization (Sales Ops, SPP team, License Sales etc.) to align priorities and target accounts each quarter, communicating regularly to ensure progress against each.
  • Supports sales-focused customer events to ensure success (ex: Summit support with customer meetings).

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $49,000 -- $108,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
